Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Qintaar Apparel. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully — returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date. We cannot accept returns after the 14-day period.
  • Certain items are not eligible for return, including sale items or customized/personalized products unless defective. Please check the product page for specific exclusions.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support within 14 days of delivery at support@qintaarapparel.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Pack the item securely in the original packaging and clearly write the RA number on the shipment.
  4. Ship the package using a tracked shipping method. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any customs or duties for international returns.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be for the purchase price of the item only. Original outbound shipping charges and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange (for a different size or color), please contact us at support@qintaarapparel.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the customer is responsible for any shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@qintaarapparel.com with photos of the damage and your order number.
  • We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a return label or instructions for replacement or refund. In cases of verified defects, Qintaar Apparel will cover return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Customized or personalized items (unless faulty) and final sale items are not returnable.
